Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
  • Good driving history.
  • Physical ability to crawl under a house, climb a ladder, lift 50 lbs. and more, and knowledge to operate tools.
  • Punctual.
  • Integrity, amazing customer service, and communication skills are a must.
  • Must be proficient in typing and writing skills.
  • Licensed Home Inspector OR experience in the construction industry is a must.
